• Service terms, processing of requests, and availability of apartments are handled consistently, subject to availability and applicable requirements.

2) Fair access and consistent treatment

We may need to verify information to understand customer needs and to comply with applicable legal requirements. Any verification is carried out in a neutral, lawful, and proportionate manner, and does not serve as a basis for unequal treatment.

Where a request cannot be fulfilled, we will act with respect and provide information where appropriate, subject to availability and the specific requirements of each offer.

3) Complaints and dispute resolution

If you believe that you were treated unfairly or that this policy was not followed, you can submit a complaint through our support channels. We handle complaints in line with applicable consumer protection requirements, including out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

4) Personal data and transparency
